Regulations of the facility
In order to ensure your safe and enjoyable stay in our facility, we would like you to read and comply with these regulations.
A room is rented for a night. A one-night stay lasts from 3:00 pm to 11:00 am of the following day. If the Guest does not specify the length of stay, it is assumed that the room is rented for one night. If the Guest fails to leave the room by 11:00 am, the stay is automatically extended for another night.
Upon prior notification and subject to the receptionist’s consent, it is possible to stay in the room until 5:00 pm. In the event of extension of stay, an extra fee is charged.
A wish to extend the stay over the time indicated in the booking or on the day of arrival should be reported by the Guest at the reception desk by 9:00 am of the day on which the deadline for leaving the room expires. The staff will satisfy the Guest’s wish, if possible.
Any persons who are not checked in the facility may stay in the room from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. The Guest may not lend for use or sublet the room to other people, even before the lapse of period for which the Guest has already made the relevant payment.
The staff may refuse to accept a booking or to accommodate a Guest who grossly violated these regulations during the previous stay by damaging the facility equipment or belongings of other people, or whose conduct violated the rules of social coexistence.
Eskapada is committed to performing services to the best of their abilities. In case of any reservations concerning the quality of our services or the conduct of other Guests, the Guest shall report them to the reception desk as soon as possible, which will allow the staff to react immediately.
Eskapada wishes to provide its Guests with:
- Conditions allowing for a peaceful and comfortable stay
- Safety during their stay, including confidentiality of information about the Guests and their stay
- Security of the Guest’s belongings which are left in the room
- Kind and professional staff performing services within the facility
- Cleaning the room and carrying out necessary maintenance works during the Guest’s absence, and in the Guest’s presence – only if requested
- In case of any defects which could not be repaired, the staff will make efforts, as far as possible, to accommodate the Guest in another room or to otherwise mitigate the inconvenience.
At the Guest’s request, the staff may perform the following services free of charge:
- Provide information related to the stay or transport
- Book a taxi
- Store the Guest’s luggage after the check-out time, subject to the provision that the staff may refuse to store the luggage at times other than the date of the Guest’s stay in the facility.
The facility is liable for loss or destruction/damage of items brought by persons using its services within the scope determined by the provisions of Articles 846-852 of the Civil Code.
In the event of damage of the Guest’s belongings due to the fault of the staff or the facility, the Guest shall notify the staff of such damage immediately after the damage is found.
The facility is not liable for loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest. The facility is not liable for damage of a car belonging to the Guest, unless such damage results from wilful conduct of the Owner of the facility.
The facility is not liable for damage or loss of money, valuables, securities or other valuable items if they have not been deposited at the reception desk.
The deposit shall be confirmed in a deposit protocol.
The facility does not deposit items, valuables or other things whose value exceeds PLN 5000.
The Guests are obliged to respect the curfew from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am of the following day. The conduct of persons using the facility shall be consistent with general rules of social coexistence and shall not disturb the peace of other Guests.
In the event of breach of the above provision, the staff may cancel the booking and refuse to continue to provide services to anyone who violates this rule.
The Guest shall make sure if the door is locked each time when leaving the room. Based on the hotel guest card, the Guest receives the key to the room and the key to the front door of the facility at the reception desk.
After 10:00 pm, the Guest shall lock the front door when leaving or returning to the facility.
The Guest shall hand in the keys at the reception desk when leaving the facility.
The Guests of the facility ESKAPADA APARTMENTS are financially liable for any damage or destruction of rooms, bathrooms, walls, shared area, furniture, equipment, etc. caused due to their fault or due to the fault of persons remaining under their care or persons visiting them.
Personal belongings left by a Guest who has already checked out will be sent back at the Guest’s cost to the address indicated by the Guest. At the Guest’s request, the facility may retain such belongings for one month. Following this period, the staff will decide on the further disposition of such items.
Animals are not allowed.
Due to fire safety, the use of electric heaters, electric irons and other similar electric or gas appliances etc. which are not included in the room equipment is prohibited in the facility rooms.
In the event of breach of the facility regulations, the staff may refuse to continue to provide services and to rent a room to a person who violates these regulations. Such a person is obliged to immediately follow the instructions of the staff, especially in terms of payment for the damage caused, and to leave the facility.
